Horse appraisal in Wyoming.
Our team appraises horses all over Wyoming, and in every other state besides. We see mostly ranch horses and rodeo horses here, though plenty of NRCHA horses cross the desk too, and the process doesn't change from one to the next.
The University of Wyoming fields a rodeo team, and 4-H clubs and therapy programs around the state take donated horses.
Questions we get about Wyoming
- What is a Frontier Days result worth?
- A lot as evidence, because it's one of the most watched rodeos in the country. We weight recent results most, and we check that the horse is still sound and doing the same job.
- Do you appraise dude string horses?
- Yes. Dude string horses are valued on safety and soundness with inexperienced riders, and the best of them are worth more than their looks suggest.
