Questions we get about Oklahoma
- Does a futurity result change our appraisal?
- It can change it significantly. Western performance value concentrates around the year-end championships, so an appraisal dated either side of a major futurity can reasonably reach different conclusions.
- Can you appraise a horse that has not shown?
- Yes. Prospects are valued on breeding, conformation, and training progress, and the report says plainly that it's valuing potential rather than record.
