Horse appraisal in Hawaii.
Need a horse appraisal in Hawaii? We're ASEA-certified and we work nationwide. Our Hawaii appraisals have run from ranch horses to polo ponies, with trail horses in between.
There are therapeutic riding programs on several islands. Moving a horse between them gets expensive, so we look for a home on the island your horse is already standing on.
Questions we get about Hawaii
- Are horse values different on each island?
- They can be. Each island is close to its own market, and moving a horse between them costs time and money. We note which island the horse is on and use comparables from it where they exist.
- Do you appraise polo ponies?
- Yes. A polo pony is valued on the level it plays at, its handiness, and its soundness. A made pony playing at a good level is priced very differently from a green one.
