Horse appraisal in Georgia.

Our team appraises horses all over Georgia, and in every other state besides. We see mostly hunter/jumpers and eventers here, though plenty of AQHA horses cross the desk too, and the process doesn't change from one to the next.

The University of Georgia's NCAA Equestrian team is here, and so is Chastain Horse Park, a 501(c)3 therapeutic riding program just outside Atlanta. We work with programs all over the state.

Questions we get about Georgia

Do you appraise horses donated to college programs?
Yes, and we have been on the other side of it. Lindsey rode at Georgia on donated horses and later ran a program that received them, so we know what a coach is actually assessing when they accept one.
What makes a horse valuable to a collegiate program?
Reliability across many different riders. A talented horse that only suits one rider is worth less to a team than a sound, honest one that suits twenty, and the appraisal should reflect the market that's actually buying.
